La primavera

Estamos en la primavera. La primavera es una de las cuatro estaciones del año. En esta estación los días son tan largos como las noches. Parte del mes de marzo, los meses completos de abril y mayo, y parte del mes de junio, forman las estación de la primavera.
Los niños y las niñas están en la escuela. La escuela es un edificio pequeño, al lado de la carretera, a dos millas del pueblo. Como ya corre el mes de junio, las ventanas de la escuela están abiertas.
Faltan pocos minutos para las cuatro de la tarde, hora en que acaba la sesión.
La maestra está detrás de la mesa, que está colocada sobre una plataforma.
En la pared  están el retrato de Jorge Wáshington y la bandera americana con sus hermosos colores, rojo, azul y blanco, y las estrellas blancas sobre fondo azul. El rojo y el blanco se combinan en barras horizontales. En la pared opuesta a las ventanas están las pizarras.

It is spring. Spring is one of the four seasons of a year. In this season ,the days are longer than the nights. Part of March, the full months of april and may, and part of the month of June form the spring season. The boys and girls are in the school. The school is a small building, to the side of the road, and two miles from the town. When it is the month of June, you keep the windows open.
It is few minutes for four in the afternoon when it is end of session. 
In the wall, are the portrait of George Washington and the american flag with its beautiful colors, red, blue and white and the stars are white over the blue lines. The red and the white form the horizontal bars. In the wall opposite the windows are the boards.
